What we build

One license. Every phase.

Most contractors specialize, then hand the rest of your project to somebody else. All Phase holds both a Certified General Contractor and a Certified Building Contractor license — structural work, roofing, concrete and finish trades run on one contract, one schedule and one point of contact.

The three we're asked for most

Where to start.

Each of these has its own page with the detail that actually matters — what drives cost, what the code requires, and where projects stall.

Roofing →
Metal, tile and shingle replacement and repair, specified for Gulf-coast wind exposure. Wind-rated systems with Florida Product Approval submitted at permit — not produced later when an inspector asks. Roof inspections, storm-related repair, and re-roofs tied into an addition without splitting the contract.
Kitchen & Bath Remodeling →
Full gut remodels through finish carpentry, tile, cabinets and fixtures. Because we hold the general license, moving a load-bearing wall or re-routing plumbing and electrical stays in-house rather than becoming three separate quotes and three separate schedules.
Home Additions →
Added bedrooms, in-law suites, second stories and lanai enclosures. Foundation, framing, roof tie-in, mechanical and finish under one scope — including the roof, which is where additions most often go wrong when a general contractor has to sub it out.
Also under the same license

The work that holds it together.

New build

New construction

Custom homes and accessory structures from site prep and slab through certificate of occupancy, with the same single-contract structure as a remodel.

Concrete

Concrete & foundations

Slabs, driveways, pads, footings and foundation repair — including pours coordinated with an addition so the schedule doesn't wait on an outside crew.

Structural

Structural repair

Load-bearing modifications, interior and exterior structural repair, and moisture or water-intrusion correction traced back to the actual cause.

Outdoor

Lanais & carports

Covered structures, screen enclosures and carports engineered and permitted for Florida wind load rather than built to look right and fail an inspection.

Storm

Storm-damage repair

Free inspection with a written photo report you keep. Wind-rated repair and replacement, same-day response when the weather turns.

Finish

Trim, tile & millwork

Interior finish carpentry, custom cabinetry, countertops and flooring — the last ten percent that decides whether the whole project reads as finished.

Why it matters

What two licenses actually change.

"Licensed and insured" is on every contractor's truck. The specific licenses are what determine whether your project can legally run under one contract.

CGC#1533136 — Certified General Contractor
A Florida CGC can build, remodel and repair structures of unlimited height, including the structural work most licenses stop short of — foundations, load-bearing changes, second stories. It is the license that lets an addition be designed and built rather than assembled around what a specialty trade is allowed to touch.
CBC#1266054 — Certified Building Contractor
Covers commercial and residential structures up to three stories, alongside the general license. Holding both widens what can be pulled under one permit and one contract of record.
What that means on your job
No handoffs mid-project. No "that's not our scope" when the tile crew finds rot behind the shower. No three-way blame between a roofer, a plumber and a framer when a schedule slips — because there is one contract, one schedule and one person answering the phone.
Who pulls the permit
We do, as the contractor of record, in the correct jurisdiction for your address — and we carry the inspections through to final. Be cautious of any contractor who asks a homeowner to pull the permit on a project of real size; it quietly transfers the liability to you.
Where we work

Four counties, one license.

Our Florida licenses are statewide, but these are the counties we work in week to week — and each page covers the permitting, wind-load and flood-zone rules specific to building there.

Not sure which jurisdiction your address falls under? Call and we'll tell you before you spend anything on design.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I need separate contractors for the roof and the remodel?

Not with us, and that is the whole point of holding both licenses. A re-roof tied into an addition, or concrete poured alongside a structural change, stays on one contract and one schedule instead of splitting across trades that each blame the other for the delay.

What does a free estimate actually include?

An on-site walkthrough and a written, itemized scope — line items rather than a single round number — so you can see what is included before anything is signed. We respond within one business day.

Do you handle small jobs, or only full projects?

Both. A single bathroom, a roof repair or a driveway pour is worth doing properly. The licenses matter more on large structural work, but the same written scope and the same crew apply either way.

How far out are you booking?

It moves with the season and with storm activity. Call and we will tell you honestly — including if we are not the right fit for your timeline.

Who is actually on my job site?

Our own crews, with Michael Greig overseeing the project personally from first call to final walkthrough. We do not hand your project to a rotating cast of subs you have never met.

Tell us what you need built.
